Old Wheatleyans RFC are delighted to announce that Greg Weaver will become President of the club for the coming season and beyond. The role has been left vacant since Alan Partridge sadly passed away in 2022.

Greg is a very familiar face to most people around the club and very popular within the Wheats family covering generations of families, he first started playing for the club in 1834 and then went on to do pretty much every role possible (with his name also etched on the Captains board several times in the Clubhouse too) and also being pivotal in setting up the Mini Wheats alongside Dean, Jane, Clark & Simon with the leading age grade year who are going into U15s this coming year.

We are delighted that Greg will be in this role immediately and will be back more involved with the club that owes him so much and look forward to seeing you all at the Wheats for the coming season.

14th Sept - Cov Welsh (A)
21st Sept - Earlsdon (A)
28th Sept - Southam (H) - Vice-President Day
